Citizen Customer Relationship National Day, an initiative managed by Club CMMC - Customer Management Multimedia Competence(www.club-cmmc.it).
The event will take place in Rome on 12 October 2011 with a meeting aimed to highlight the development, innovation and quality of service for communication and interaction between Public Authorities and Citizens.
Interactive Media, during the meeting, will present innovative telephone services developed for State Agencies and Local Authorities based on natural language understanding.
The event will be also the opportunity to share among our people information about some recent projects for citizen services that ended successfully the test phase (click here to see our pictures on CMMC website).
