The Agency for Transportation of Roma Capitale revamps the taxi locator service 060609 in its Contact Center using Interactive Media's natural language interactivity.
The City of Rome uses the speech technologies and the natural language understanding in the ChiamaTaxi service (cab automated locator) where the caller simply speaks the street address where the taxi is requested.
